Welcome to Arkansas School of Ministry

Arkansas School of Ministry is a member of the Association of District Schools of Ministry.

The Arkansas School of Ministry (ARSOM) has been recognized and endorsed by the Executive Presbytery of the General Council of the Assemblies of God as a district based Bible Institute. The primary function of ARSOM is to provide training for those who have been called into ministry and who are seeking to obtain credentials. The classes are only a step toward credentials and in no way guarantees a person will receive credentials following completion of the classes.

Most information about ARSOM can be found simply by reading the policies manual, which you can access here.

These answers many questions about not only the nature and purpose of ARSOM, but the procedures, requirements, and details. Click on the link below “What is ARSOM?” for a brief overview. If you still have questions, please do not hesitate to contact a member of the ARSOM staff either by phone at 501-455-5444 or email arsom@araog.org.
